Dear Strawberry Alarm Clock
Hello, I hope you are all well ?
My name is Jakeh ( pronounced Jake) Bettney and I am 17 years old.
I am a huge fan of your music and I think you have a fantastic and timeless sound.
I always love hearing your music on Sounds of the 60’s, The Paul Gambaccini Show and The Janice Long Show on BBC Radio 2.
I love all your songs but my favourites are Tomorrow, Pretty Song From Psych- Out, Good Morning Starshine, The Birdman of Alkatrash, Incense and Peppermints, Dear Joy, Barefoot in Baltimore, Girl From the City, Curse of the Witches, Starting Out The Day, Hummin Happy, World’s on Fire, Lose to Live, Paxton’s Back Street Carnival, Unwind with the Clock and Sea Shell.
These are my favourite songs because they have feel good melodies and lyrics, they always make me happy whenever I hear them and you can always sing and dance to them.
I would be very interested to know what are your favourite songs and why ?
I think the 50’s, 60’s, 70’s and 80’s were the best decades for music in my opinion although I do like some modern music, do you listen to any modern music ?
You are all fantastic singers and musicians and I’d really appreciate it if you could please send me a personalised signed picture of yourselves as I would love to add it to my autograph collection.
Thank you so much for taking the time to read my E-mail
